Warner Bros. says it's launching two Web sites to capture new ad revenue and a younger generation of viewers.
Time Warner Inc.'s Warner Bros. Television Group says TheWB.com will replay full episodes of shows such as "Friends" and "Smallville" along with made-for-online shows. The site is set to launch in a test format next month.
A second site, KidsWB.com, is aimed at children and debuts Monday. It features animated characters from the Warner Bros. library, which includes Bugs Bunny and Scooby Doo and DC Comics heroes like Batman.
The group says both sites will be supported by ad revenue, with deals already in place with Mattel Inc., McDonald's Corp. and Johnson & Johnson.

Cartoons of All Time
Cartoons are a part of every child's life; the medium of learning and entertainment for young people and that animated mini movie that satisfies your every desire. For some persons, as they grew older they lost interest in cartoons, while others just never got tired of them. They have found serenity in watching them, no matter how old they are. I am sure you can recall the name or an episode of your favourite cartoon.
This article was initially written to highlight a Top 10 listing of the overall best cartoons. However, when it was time to collect the nominations for the top 10, mayhem erupted. It became very difficult to list 10 all-time greatest cartoons. The list was 'stretched' to 15, then to 20, then to 25, then to 30.
Click here for a list of the Top cartoons of all time and see where Scooby falls on the list.
